Description

A wind advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Thursday at 5:40 a.m. in effect until 10 a.m. for Lower Columbia River.

The weather service adds, "Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts 35 to 50 mph. Winds will turn more westerly and ease after 9 am."
