Description

A wind advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Sunday at 6:38 p.m. valid from Monday noon until Tuesday 4 a.m. for Lower Columbia River.

"South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected," describes the weather service. "Period of highest wind speeds will occur after 6 p.m. Monday. Probability of wind gusts exceeding 45 mph ranges from 50-60%."
