Description
A wind advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Saturday at 3:59 a.m. valid from 4 p.m. until Sunday 7 a.m. for Grande Ronde Valley.
"South winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts between 40 and 55 mph expected," says the weather service. "Strongest winds will be through the Ladd and Pyles canyons."
