‘Widespread’ flooding forecast in parts of SE Portland, Clackamas

Description

Johsnon Creek crested above 15 feet in December 2015, flooding nearby streets pictured. Relentless rain was expected to flood the river again Thursday, with a forecast crest above 14 feet.

The National Weather Service on Thursday warned major flooding fueled by unrelenting rain could inundate roads and buildings near Johnson Creek and the Clackamas River.
