Many pro athletes celebrate a huge contract by buying an expensive home. Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts took a different path. Even after signing a five-year contract worth up to $255 million in 2023, Hurts chose to rent a modest apartment in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, rather than move into a mansion, Yahoo! Finance reported.
