The National Weather Service has started updating weather forecasts, maps, websites and other products to replace the name Lake Ontario with Lake America, following a federal directive issued by the Trump administration. Weather officials said the changes will be rolled out gradually across agency systems in the coming weeks, USA TODAY said.
