Description

David B. Farley, 68, has pleaded not guilty to an 18-count indictment alleging he sexually abused six victims, including two under the age of 14, between 2009 and 2020. A criminal trial is set for April in Clackamas County Circuit Court.

West Linn Family Health Center, the now-closed Oregon clinic where disgraced physician David B. Farley practiced and is accused of sexually abusing more than 100 patients, was placed into receivership this week, with $3 million in assets set aside to cover potential claims from additional victims.
