Multnomah County sheriff's deputies used a tactic on Monday that involves hitting a suspect vehicle in order to cause it to lose traction and turn roughly 180 degrees.

Multnomah County sheriff’s deputies arrested two people in a stolen car in Wood Village on Monday morning after the driver rammed into law enforcement and other vehicles while attempting to escape, deputies said.
