Customers enjoy cozy Vietnamese food at The Paper Bridge. The restaurant is inspired by Hanoi's Cầu Giấy district, which according to their website, housed many wet markets and street vendors.

Portland has always been known for buzzworthy cuisine. But last month the city earned even more street cred by getting its first starred review from The New York Times.
