Description
A water main break flooded streets in Northeast Portland on Saturday morning and disrupted water service to residents and businesses in the area.
The Portland Water Bureau said a main break was first reported near Northeast Multnomah Street and 13th Avenue around 6:30 a.m. Three blocks of Multnomah Street, between 11th and 13th, were closed to traffic.
