Description

Affluent Oregonians have sometimes moved north to Washington to escape their home state's income tax. They'll now face an income tax in Washington, too.

Voters on Tuesday were upholding Washington’s new income tax on households earning more than a million dollars a year, a threshold opponents argued would eventually be lowered to apply to everyone.
