Description

The upper reflecting pool at the Washington Park Reservoir site in SW Portland on Fri., August 14, 2026. The upper reflecting pool area reopened to the public earlier this week after construction delays had kept it closed beyond its original opening date of June 2025.

After years of construction and a significant delay, the Washington Park Reservoir site is now largely open to the public.
