Description

The settlement stems from a class action lawsuit filed against Oregon counties in 2023.

Washington County will cough up $1.5 million to settle two linked lawsuits that accused it of keeping money from former owners, heirs or valid lien holders who were entitled to a portion of proceeds from the sales on their foreclosed homes.
