The Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office has identified the victim in the fatal shooting outside the Fred Meyer store in Wood Village.

Cameron Michael Quiring was shot to death Tuesday evening, authorities said. The suspect in the shooting, 19-year-old Kenneth William Nevills Jr., was arrested after a traffic stop near Northeast 202nd Avenue and Glisan Street about 10 minutes after the shooting, according to police.
