Portland police say Santi Ram Rai, 33, was killed on Dec. 9 when working at a convenience store on Southeast 139th Ave.

New court records shed additional light on a Vancouver shootout that police have linked to a 12- and 15-year-old accused in the killing of a Portland store clerk days earlier.
