RECKLESS DRIVER ARRESTED | On November 1st, at about 3:30 pm, a traffic officer witnessed 21-year-old Jayden Cruz, driving on SE TV Highway, near the Sunset Esplanade. Cruz was driving 74 mph in a 35, weaving in and out of traffic on the rain-soaked highway. After stopping the vehicle, the officer learned Cruz had his girlfriend and 2-month-old daughter in the car. Cruz was arrested for Reckless Driving and 2 counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person. He also received citations for speeding, driving without a license, and driving uninsured.
