Mrs. Hart has dementia and wandered away from her home in the 1300-block of Canyonville Riddle Road sometime during the night. She is considered to be at risk. Shirley has gray hair, weighs 90 lbs, wears dentures and is likely barefoot. Her clothing description is unknown at this time. Residents in the immediate area of Shirley's residence are asked to check any unlocked vehicles or outbuildings as she is known to enter those and sleep. If you have seen Shirley or have any information, please contact the Douglas County Sheriff's Office at (541) 440-4471 referencing case #25-3397
