Description

Scott E. Bradford, U.S. attorney for the District of Oregon, said earlier this month: “I think Oregon should honor (ICE) detainers for violent criminal offenders who are here illegally. They have no right to be in this country, no right to be in our communities and they have committed violent criminal offenses against Oregonians.”

Oregon’s top federal prosecutor this month slammed the state’s sanctuary law that has barred the Oregon prison system from handing over to ICE prisoners who are slated for deportation when they’ve completed their sentences.
