Description

On Monday at 12:58 a.m. the National Weather Service issued an updated winter weather advisory valid between 1 a.m. and noon in effect until noon for Klamath Basin and Northern and Eastern Klamath County and Western Lake County.

"Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches," can be expected according to the weather service. "Snow levels drop to around 4000 feet this morning. A band of heavier snowfall with rates in the half inch to 1 inch per hour range could move through at the time of the morning commute making conditions very hazardous. This is most likely between 4 am and 10 am PST."
