Description
On Sunday at 1:29 p.m. an updated winter storm warning was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until Monday at 4 p.m. for Harney County.
The weather service adds to expect, "Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations of 5 to 10 inches, highest over the mountains. Snow amounts of 4 to 6 inches in Harney County."
