An updated wind advisory was released by the National Weather Service on Thursday at 7:29 a.m. valid for Friday between 4 a.m. and 4 p.m. for Harney and Malheur counties.

The weather service states, "Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected."
