At 10:20 a.m. on Wednesday, the National Weather Service issued an updated high wind watch valid for Thursday between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. for Central Coast of Oregon and Central Oregon Coast Range.
The weather service adds, "Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible."
