Description

On Sunday at 1:49 a.m. an updated high wind warning was issued by the National Weather Service valid between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. for Harney and Malheur counties.

The weather service states to be ready for, "Southwest winds 35 to 45 mph with widespread gusts up to 60 mph. Gusts to 70 mph are likely across higher terrain."
