Description

On Saturday at 1:55 a.m. the National Weather Service issued an updated high wind warning in effect until Sunday at 8 p.m. for Harney and Malheur counties.

The weather service states to expect, "Southwest winds 30 to 45 mph with gusts up to 60 mph. Higher elevations could see gusts to 70 mph."
