Description

An updated wind advisory was released by the National Weather Service on Wednesday at 2:04 a.m. valid from 10 p.m. until Thursday 1 p.m. for East Portland Metro.

"East winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 40 to 45 mph expected," explains the weather service. "Strongest wind gusts will be located from Troutdale east. Highest winds will occur after 3 a.m."
