Oregon’s volleyball team experienced its first loss of the season, Thursday, in five-sets to San Diego State, 3-2, at the LBSU Tournament, Long Beach. The Ducks (5-1) take on Long Beach State Friday, 7 p.m., televised on ESPN+ and then UC Riverside, Saturday, Sept. 13, 4 p.m.

Oregon State’s volleyball team won their third-in-a-row in the opening match of the ASICS Invitational, Thursday, over Montana State, 3-0, at Gill Coliseum, Corvallis. The Beavers (3-3) host UC Irvine, Friday, Sept. 12, 6:30 p.m., and then UNLV, Saturday, Sept. 13, 3 p.m.
