A federal trial got underway Monday against Topgolf Hillsboro and Topgolf International stemming from a Nov. 11, 2021 injury to a 9-year-old boy who was struck in the forehead with a golf club swung by another boy during a birthday party.The family of the 9-year-old boy injured argued that this warning sign was placed in a barely visible location beside the golf tee mat.
