Earlier this year, Rhi earned her Swing Bed Management Certification, a specialty credential focused on managing transitional care programs that allow patients to receive skilled nursing and rehab services right here in our facility after a hospital stay. This certification covers everything from Medicare regulations and care coordination to documentation, reimbursement, and quality metrics for swing bed programs. It takes dedication, clinical knowledge, and a strong understanding of hospital operations to complete.

Rh’s achievement is already making a difference. Her expertise helps ensure our patients can heal close to home with continuity of care, which our community deeply values.
