ODOT release - Tuesday, 4:14 p.m. - OR 126 is closed 1 mile west of Tiernan, east of Florence, milepost 8, is closed due to a crash. This closure could last several hours. Delay your trip or use an alternate route. U.S. 101 between mileposts 133 and 136, just south of Beverly Beach, will see long delays on Jan. 7 and 8 as crews repair the road. Flaggers will direct traffic from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., reducing the highway to a single lane. Please slow down, pay attention, and watch for crews to help ensure everyone's safety. Watch for a detour on OR 202 about 5 miles south of Astoria while we replace a damaged culvert at milepost 7 on Monday and Tuesday. We are reopening the highway overnight Monday but closing it again with a detour on Tuesday. We expect to finish repairs on Tuesday. More Info on TripCheck.
