A shot taken from inside Timberline Lodge shows its iconic, historic furnishings. The non-profit, Friends of Timberline Lodge, are eager to enter the structure and assess any damage to furnishings and art after a fire to the attic and roof erupted on Thursday, April 18, 2024.A piece by Clayton Sumner Price.Artwork honoring a prominent Timberline Lodge artist, Clayton Sumner Price, is featured in the C.S. Price Wing of the lodge.A 1936 painting by Darrel Austin is one of four of his works featured in the lodge.Another of Darrel Austin's pieces is featured at Timberline Lodge.This linoleum carving by Douglas Lynch is one of nine he created for Timberline Lodge. The collection is known asTwo people dust and clean carved art in the main lobby of Timberline Lodge.One of Timberline Lodge's original rugs from 1937 -- hand-hooked from Civilian Conservation Corps uniforms -- is on display.Murals are on display at Timberline Lodge's Blue Ox Bar.This 1937 piece by Howard Sewall captures the building of Timberline Lodge.

Aficionados of hundreds of historic paintings, sculptures and furniture pieces are eagerly awaiting their chance to enter Timberline Lodge to assess how water and smoke from a fire Thursday night might have harmed them.
