Protesters gather at Portland's ICE facility after the No Kings rally on March 28, 2026.

A crowd of about 150 people had gathered outside the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement building in South Portland around 4:30 p.m. as the “No Kings” rally a few miles away in downtown came to an end.
