Lomakatsi Restoration Project’s crews in yellow fire-retardant clothing, including Inter-Tribal Oregon Conservation Corps member Catalina Solorsano, third from the left in the front line, worked at the Ashland watershed site April 29, 2026.

Catalina Solorsano, a Klamath Falls mother of two, has crisscrossed southern Oregon and Northern California working in the heat and rain to lessen the risk of mega fires.
