A new study found that adults with at least one parent who lived to 100 had lower risks of death, cardiovascular disease and high blood pressure than comparison groups.

Living to 100 is rare. But a new study suggests that people whose parents reached that milestone may have a better chance of living longer and avoiding some major health problems, as reported in The Washington Post.
