The 9th Annual Vanport Jazz Festival announced its initial lineup for this summer’s return to University of Portland. The celebration of smooth sounds will bring award-winning global acts, pop superstars and legendary hometown heroes to Portland on Friday-Saturday, Aug. 7-8.
