On October 13th, 2025 Mayor Isaac Hodges and the City Council Members of the City of Brookings, Oregon voted to declare October 2025 Domestic Violence Awareness Month in support of The SAFE Project, our mission, and awareness activities for DVAM 2025. To show their continued commitment to the survivors we all serve in Curry County, Mayor Hodges and the City Council also participated in the #1Thing Challenge, pictured below.
