Jessie M. Honeyman Memorial State Park offers 355 campsites, 10 yurts and easy access to the Oregon Dunes.

It’s a little embarrassing to admit that it took me over six years of living in Oregon to finally give camping the old college try. I have spent a full quarter century on this earth without once sleeping in a tent on the forest floor, and for most of that time, I genuinely did not feel the absence.
