Tearny Elbrader, 16, was reported missing on March 10. People are asking anyone who sees her to dial 911.

Tearny Elbrader, a 16-year-old who went missing from the 9000 block of Southeast Mt. Scott Boulevard more than a month ago, was found safe in Lincoln County, Portland police said Tuesday.
