HABA USA is recalling about 2,000 Rainbow Rattle teething toys sold at Target and Amazon after the elastic cord's knot was found to detach, exposing small parts that pose choking risks to young children.

About 2,000 teething toys sold by major retailers, including Target and Amazon, are being recalled for serious injury and death risks.
