Description

Made with layers of silken tofu and tapioca pearls covered in arnibal, a brown-sugar syrup, taho is a classic Filipino snack that's served as a mildly sweet dessert at Lasang Pinoy, a welcoming Filipino restaurant in Rogers, Ark. Bill Martfield, the restaurant's chef, makes silken tofu from scratch, but store-bought silken tofu also works well. Brett Anderson
