Southwestern Oregon’s men’s basketball team hosts Simpson University JV, Friday, Nov. 22, 5 p.m., Prosper Hall, on the Coos Bay campus. On Sunday, Nov. 24, the Lakers travel to Salem to play the Corban University Gold at 3 p.m. SWOCC’s women head to the Pre-Thanksgiving Invitational at Clackamas CC, Oregon City Friday through Sunday. Southwestern opens Friday, Nov. 22, 5 p.m. against the host Clackamas. On Saturday, the Lakers play Umpqua, 4 p.m., and Sunday, it’s Bellevue at 11 a.m. SWOCC’s swim team heads to the UPS Logger Invite at Tacoma, WA Friday through Sunday.
