Southwestern Oregon’s baseball team got an NWAC doubleheader at Pierce College, Friday, Tacoma, WA. Pierce won the opener, 6-4, but the Lakers got the second game, 5-4. Southwestern (12-11, 17-16) hosts Clackamas, Thursday, April 24, 1 & 4 p.m. SWOCC’s softball team swept visiting Centralia, Friday, 6-5 & 21-0 (5). On Saturday, SWOCC downed visiting Gray's Harbor, 8-0 & 18-1, both in five innings. The Lakers (13-5, 29-7), now in third place in the Southern Conference, are at second-place Mt. Hood (14-4, 27-5), Gresham, Saturday, April 26, noon & 2 p.m.
