Description
Authorities arrested a 51-year-old man on a string of domestic violence charges Saturday following an hourslong standoff at a Hazelwood neighborhood apartment building.
Police said they responded Saturday morning to an apartment in the 10400 block of East Burnside Street on a domestic violence call.
