City of North Bend release - Construction is complete. Only minor shoulder work remains—no further closures are anticipated. Traffic Revision: The intersection at Crowell Lane is now a 3-WAY STOP. Please come to a full stop and look for other drivers and pedestrians. Adjustment period: Regular travelers may be used to the old pattern.
