Description

Local, state and federal officials from Oregon on Thursday condemned a shooting by U.S. Customs and Border Patrol agents. The federal agents shot and wounded a man and a woman Thursday afternoon in a medical clinic parking lot near Adventist Medical Center in Southeast Portland, authorities and witnesses said.

Oregon leaders condemned the violence and called for calm in the hours immediately following the shooting of two people by federal immigration agents in east Portland.
