Description
During the investigation Lane County Detectives canvassed the area. Investigators located video footage that covered the intersection, including the storm drain. Detectives reviewed footage and confirmed that Treloggen was alone when he appeared to open the grate and enter the drain. Once inside the storm drain Treloggen was unable to remove himself. The case is still being investigated by LCSO and by the Lane County Medical Examiner’s Office as well.
