The Harry P. Palmer House, circa 1912, was designed by architect David Lockhead Williams in the Arts & Crafts style.

Six private residences in Northeast Portland’s Irvington Historic District will be open Sunday, May 17, during the 42nd Irvington Home Tour. The tour includes a rare opportunity to see inside the Harry P. Palmer House, a high-end Arts and Crafts home completed in 1912.
