Description

The prisoner said she was desperate to be let out of a segregation cell because she was experiencing extreme anxiety so she acquiesced to the guard's demands in April 2018, according to her suit.

The state has agreed to pay $225,000 to settle a federal civil rights lawsuit filed by a woman who alleged a state prison guard demanded that she perform a sex act in front of him before he would move her out of a segregation cell.
