North Bend’s band again won a state 4A championship at the OSAA/OnPoint Community Credit Union event Thursday, La Sells Stewart Center, Oregon State University, Corvallis. The Bulldogs, directed by Amber Yester, scored 317.00 to St. Helens 304.00 and Scappoose with 299.00. Although not selected to perform at the 2026 OSAA Band / Orchestra State Championships, the following bands are recognized for having achieved the honor of meeting the State Qualifying Standard: 3A – Banks, Coquille, Corbett, Douglas, Nyssa, Warrenton 4A – Pendleton, Henley, Klamath Union & Molalla.
