Description

A lender is suing developer Walter Bowen, alleging default on a loan backed by the hotel portion of the prominent Broadway Tower in downtown Portland.

BPM Real Estate Group, the firm led by prominent Portland developer Walter Bowen, has handed the keys to his high-rising Broadway Tower hotel back to the lender to resolve a dispute over the building’s bad debt.
