Description
The Southern Coos Health District will hold its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, December 19, 2024, in an alternate location, due current meeting space limitations, at the Bandon Professional Center, 1010 First Street SE (Hwy 101) in the 2nd Floor Conference Room, to review and approve the Facility Master Plan proposal, review and approve exhibits to the Coast Community Health Center master services agreement, and hear staff reports for the month of November.
At 6:00 p.m. there will be an Executive Session Executive Session Under 192.660(2)(c) to consider matters pertaining to the function of the medical staff of a public hospital licensed pursuant to ORS 441.015 Licensing of facilities and health maintenance organizations and 192.660(2)(i) and 192.660(8) to review and evaluate the performance of an officer, employee or staff member if the person does not request an open meeting. No decision will be made in Executive Session.
Open session will begin at approximately 6:30 p.m.
